1. Restaurant Bookings
Cancellations made 24+ hours in advance will not incur charges.
Deposits may be retained for no-shows or late cancellations.
2. Event & Group Bookings
Deposits are non-refundable.
Balance payments may be refunded if cancelled at least 7 days in advance.
3. Takeaway & Delivery Orders
Refunds will be issued if:
Items are missing or incorrect.
Food quality is deemed unsatisfactory and returned immediately.
Refunds will not be given for change of mind once food has been prepared.
4. Promotions / Bottomless Brunch
Pre-paid bookings are non-refundable if cancelled less than 24 hours before.
5. Refund Method
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 5–10 working days.
