4. Payments
- We accept cash and major debit/credit cards.
- All prices include VAT unless otherwise stated.
- Online takeaway/delivery orders must be paid for at the time of ordering.
5. Promotions & Offers
- Promotional offers (e.g. Bottomless Brunch, 50% off Mains) are subject to availability and may be withdrawn without notice.
- Offers cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
6. Allergies & Dietary Requirements
- Please inform staff of any allergies when ordering.
- While we take care, all food is prepared in a kitchen where allergens are present.
7. Responsible Service of Alcohol
- We operate a strict Challenge 25 policy.
- Service may be refused to anyone who appears intoxicated or under 18 without valid ID.
8. Events & Private Hire
- Deposits for events/private hire are non-refundable.
- Final numbers and menu choices must be confirmed in advance.
9. Liability
- We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings.
- We are not liable for service disruption caused by events outside our control.
